Contract Cleaning and Special Project Work

Once you make contact, either by using the Quotation Request Form indicating that you would like a cleaning quotation, or by telephone to 061 400 626, we will always come out to your premises, meet you, ascertain your exact requirements and verify building size, ideal frequency of clean (for contract cleaning) and any other relevant information to enable us to quote for the best possible service for you.

We never give quotations over the phone, rough estimates or otherwise misleading information.

A written Quotation, and appropriate Terms of Business are sent to you, to be read, signed as accepted and returned, before any work can be undertaken. In some cases, a deposit is required, usually for one-off jobs or project work.

Once you receive the Quotation, which is free and without obligation, you can decide if and when you wish to proceed.

All Quotations are valid for 30 days.

For all work completed, a signature is obtained on a docket, indicating your satisfaction
with the work, and your willingness to pay for same.
